railFOM in “Rail Forum 2011” fair (Madrid)
The new rail-force measurement system railFOM, was presented in the rail-technology forum "Rail Forum 2011", held in the IFEMA exhibition centre in Madrid. In a big stand dedicated to this new system, all the information related to the installation and operation was shown. A prototype of the system was shown as well.
Many companies visited the railFOM stand, showing their interest subsequently. A lecture by our engineer Luis Saracho took place in the conference rooms, as well. He explained the physical principles of the system, development technologies, software tools used for mechanical design and the advanced calculation philosophy followed for building the system.
